Help me figure this book's title

Hellian

Lord of Altera
So every time I'm in a Barnes and nobles, there is a fantasy book that I'm always intruiged by, but a better seeming book always ends up the one I buy. I'm not in the store often, as the nearest one is a ways away from me, so I thought someone here may have read it. Here's everything I know:

-It is a political intruige book
-it has multiple protagonists
-it is medieval fantasy
-its cover is white with black or red lettering.
-It's fairly thick.
-I'm pretty sure one of the characters is a prince.
-Each of the protangoists are mentioned in their own blurbs on the back.

I know these are vague, but it's the best I got. Any ideas?

I just reread the summary. It is defiantly not way of kings, or it's series (although that series is now on my "to read" list)

It's a great series, 10/10 recommend.

Sanderson is actually a really good author, but I /hate/ the whole extended universe thing he has got going on - Not a good enough reason to get me to read the rest of his books.

Edit: rereading back over that it sounded very agressive hahaha. I like Sanderson and I liked The Way of Kings, those are the important things to take out of that. You should definitely read em

I found it! I now realize that it isn't 100% political intrigue, but there's a large deal of heirs wanting to overthrow parents going on.

The series is the faithful and the Fallen

The first book is called Malice (A one word title that is something other than dragon or mage or similar thing, which doesn't happen in this genre often, let alone a one word title to begin with.)
