Nid Arach looms over its surroundings like a Wendigo stalking its prey. The sense of threat and evil is imminent, but the actual shape of it is yet unknown...
At the edges of this fortress lie many dungeons designed to lure the curious to their death. None would enter, if there wasn't something inside that is of interest.
The entrance of the dungeon that the adventurers face today reeks of trickery and malice...
V I O L E N T
We have gone back in time with the last three dungeons, to the founding of the Dark Order and the fall of Khorug. Congratulations to those that made it through from start to finish!
We followed the journey of Khorug, an important pawn in Jishrim's game of mad tricks. With this dungeon, we shall go further back in time, to where everything began; the good, the neutral, the bad; Altera itself...
This is the first dungeon of a series in which Jishrim himself will be playing the lead role. I will be working closely with Lannis for this one. Now, feel free to speculate what that might mean! >: )
Choose up to three skills from the list below that you wish to use in the dungeon. The skills you choose will give you priority over other people when challenges pertaining to that particular skill occur.
Of course, you may use other skills your character is good at too, but at the same priority as all other attendees. Make sure the skills that you choose make sense for the character you're bringing.
Agility: Climbing, jumping, crawling. Reaching places the other adventurers can't go.
Nature's Lore (formally Herblore): Identifying plants, mixing ingredients, making potions, woodcutting.
Reading: Be the first to access books, before those without the skill can reach them.
Construction: Repair, build, craft.
Scavenging: You may loot items in item-frames. Those without Scavenging cannot see these items IC.
Combat: Magic, Melee, Ranged; Be the first to fight monsters in the dungeon, you also receive initiative over boss monsters.
Thieving: Pick locks, pass by enemies unnoticed, generally more valuable loot.
Hunting: Trapping, tracking, using animal-parts and hunter related tools.
Strength: Lift, push, crush heavy objects. Get an edge in melee combat with a /roll d20+1
8 people may enter the dungeon, first come first serve base, but you may still sign up if there's 8 already.
Because from experience I know that almost always at least one person opts out last minute.
