A Notice of Most Recent Appearance

A notice would be hammered into the notice board that had not been there many days before. There is nothing on the notice except for a few simple words.
"Leave contracts on board."
Nothing else would be written to determine where the notice came from or for what purpose, save a small serpent drawn into the very bottom of the notice.

Are they posted here or in the actual message board? I'm asking because if people post their contract here, make sure you comment when it was read in case someone ICly rips it down before the serpents got a look at it.
