Sure, if this was a server-wide event.

This event here is mostly made for the Empire and it's population, and whoever else is invited or wants to take a peek (Including the Champions of Light). Also, Arcturus was never invited to participate in such games, and I personally never had any idea of them until now. For said reasons, I couldn't care much.
