By Order of the King Axex Hawklight on the authority of Ciallmhar Daeron Eldrin-Hawklight and on behalf of
the Kingdom of Hierax, the following laws are now enacted:
The gates of Blackstone are to remain closed throughout the night without exception. The gates shall remain closed during the day as well but if they are to be opened it is to be for no more than a minute at a time.
All citizens are expected to lock their properties carefully.
All persons wishing to gain access to the city of Blackstone must pass a stringent medical examination performed by a trained physician. Failure to submit to a medical examination upon arrival to the cities gates will result in immediate expulsion from the city.
Resistance to this medical examination will result in incarceration.
Persons found to be harboring the plague shall be expelled from the city post-haste. Failing this, they will be placed into quarantine in one of the cities hospitals.
Furthermore, access to Blackstone Keep is to be restricted. No persons shall enter the Keeps walls without permission from a member of the nobility.
Any livestock or other fauna infected with the plague on the Talon Isles are to be captured and donated to the Crown for research purposes.
There will be no exceptions to these laws.
These measures will remain in place until the plague has dispersed.
