Charter to the Nobility of Slyannen
The following lands and places were given in title and for deed in hopes that they will grow and prosper in the hands of the people entrusted with them. On this day; Carlos de Courtnay, of the Branch du Fleur de Courtnay, has been granted the lands and incomes of Montivilliers and the hereditary title of Count, along with the according privileges, as is his right by birth. His lands are given protection of the City of Slyannen and he is charged with the protection of trade and the travellers of the area, while growing and making the lands his home.
Also upon this day after the army has cleared out the old farm land and the bandits there have been buried and put to proper rest. Sugar Silvera will be granted the lands, incomes, titles and rights of Linistel and charged with its growth and prosperity as Countess of the area, to make her home and to run as she see fits. She will be also be granted the protection of the City of Slyannen along with all those that reside there.
