Festivals and Celebrations:

Festival of Thorns - A celebration to commemorate the founding date of House va Rosemont. - April 1st

Sacrament of Blood - A secretive masquerade between nobles of the house. What happens here is left up to the imagination. - The date is unknown.

Beauty Standards and the Roles of Men and Women:
In Rosemont Lands, Silver Elves are put on the highest standing cultural status, and must be treated with respect. They are viewed as perfected beings. This is justified by their natural beauty, long life spans, and generally better judgement than their human peers.
Next on the scale of social hierarchy are human nobles, they are viewed with respect, albeit they are not as high as Elven nobles. The Kaiser and Kaiserin are exceptions to this rule, and are given extreme admiration.
Lower than Humans are Halfings, not much needs to be said about them.
Caparii are next on the descending list of Races. They are not completely disrespected, but are held with the stipulation of being the hard-laboring class.
Lastly are the disgusting and vile beast races. Earthspawn, Greylings and Makani have no place in society, except as slave labor, or the thieves and crooks of the world.
Women are viewed as primarily the mothers, and care-takers of the realm. All chores and housely duties are handled by the women and servants of the house. Common jobs a woman might take (if time allows for it) are made up of non-combative jobs such as writers, politicians, candle makers, maids, and seamstresses. Rarely will a woman be seen in a job as a guard, or a knight. Women who do so are viewed as less beautiful and attractive.
In most regards, Men are viewed as the protectors, and glorified money-makers of the families. They are viewed as more brutish, if not a bit duller than their female counterparts. Common jobs for men are rat chasers, guards, priests, and black smiths.

Major Traditions:
Within House va Rosemont's peoples, there is a notable divide between the high-society individuals, and the lower classes. This is mainly seen in their traditions and thoughts around the various symbols and ideals drawn from blood.
In Rosemont society blood is seen as something sacred to the body and the realm.
Noble views and practices involving blood:
In the high court of va Rosemont, blood is something beauty can be derived from. The practices of bathing in animal's blood is believed to not only bring calmness to one's mind, but also a sense of clarity. On top of this, physical features such as retaining a youthful look are sought out by doing such crude practices.
Rumors and Legends:
Whilst the people's of House va Rosemont have not been around for long enough for any kind of major culture to take hold, a few whispers, secrets, and other superstitions have begun to be spread throughout the nobility. The rumors grow more and more twisted as they go down the grape-vine. The following are some of these.
Religion
{ Favored Gods }

As the rest of Anhald is, Ignis is the main deity who gains worship in the lands of Rosemont, yet those that worship her are considered only mildly religous and are not extreme zealots as the others are.
The Grey Lady - Respected as a keeper of the dead. Not much else can be said.
{ Neutral Gods }
- All unmentioned Gods are either rarely worshiped, or merely unsubstantial.
{ Opposed Gods }
Vermella - Her careless affairs and 'holy' ideals of blood are twisted and vile. Any who worship her within the lands of Roseturm are ostracized by the commoners. To worship her is to worship a demon, just as Skraag and Jishrim are depicted.

None of this is common knowledge, nor canon as of yet. Thoughts would be appreciated.
