Equestrian / Driving?

I stalk threads a lot, and I noticed that there was not a thread about Equestrianism, so I decided I'd make one, because I have been doing this for just over a year now and was wondering if any Alterians did too.

Also, any thoughts on the Grand National? Good sport or Blood sport?

I love the grand national
its one of my favorite events, i go to the point to points whenever they are in town

Personally, I dislike the Grand National because too many horses die due to the fences being too high for them to jump. It's like having a high jump with a bar that hardly anyone will get over.
When I'm good enough, I want to do cross country, show jumping and maybe hunting.
