Significant Events:
(I am trying my best to remember significant events. I did a poor job of keeping things written down. This is a rough outline of his life, mostly for my sake of remembering than for anything else. I have it broken down into stages and story-arcs for easy browsing.~)
Born in a cold northern fortress!
Moved to the dank Tambry sewers

Had to flee the sewers because the location was compromised!
Settled in a humid cave in the jungle
Rihya left him one day to "go make people miserable" with the promise she would return to see him grow up.
Because of Rihya's recklessness, Vatticuss was forced to take Erik and flee the base before Rihya was able to return.
Began living out of the Crossroads Inn, waiting for his mother to make good on her promise...
Began emulating the desire to be like his mother, thinking it would make her come back.
Took after Roran's blunt mannerisms, aspiring to be like him as well
Started creeping out of the inn room he shared with his father, sitting on the balcony to people watch
Started learning many things about the world through eavesdropping
Met Ashna, whom he quickly grew attached to. Originally because she was also Moorish and bought him milk.
Erik learned that he had a sister. Mila learned that she had a brother and promptly got wasted following the news.
Met Roran again, realizing that he intended to kill Rihya if he ever found her again. Erik struck a bargain instead.
Vatticuss started revealing things about Mila, enforcing a hatred of her.
Found out that he and Vatticuss could be welcomed on the island under the condition Rihya would never be welcome
Learned that Melosa was his niece and that Rihya had cut out her tongue. His new life hinged on Melosa's acceptance of him and Vatticuss.
Erik ran away to Thiil, heartbroken because he was sure Melosa would turn him away. Met Akasha, Nireth, Calcifer.
Calcifer stalked Erik all the way back to the Crossroads when he eventually returned.
Confrontation with Mila, Calcifer, and Melosa where Mila called the kid out for wanting to take after his mother.
Eventually granted permission to live at Grafjell. Agreement was Rihya would be forcibly handled if she returned.
Started getting better. Being taught about kindness, compassion, how racism is bad. Forming moral compass.
Rihya appeared out of nowhere one day. Erik barely remembered what she looked like, but it was her.
Ailil let her go after Erik begged him not to hurt her, but Rihya promised she'd come back for him. Rekindled childish hope. God, such hope.
Returned a few days later and was spotted. She demanded they let her see her son. Ashna would not allow it. Rihya holed up in one of the buildings, refusing to come out until they allow her to see him. Erik tried to go to her, but Melosa held him back. He was able to say a few words to his mother through the door, trying to diffuse the situation, but she was too stubborn. Ashna was intent on protecting Grafjell's residents from her sadism, and would not budge either. Melosa pulled him away to the Inn. Melosa left to rejoin Ashna and Ailil. Erik cried long and hard, obedient for a while. Eventually, he crept out of the inn in time to hear the fighting. Ailil and Ashna had drawn weapons and were in combat with Rihya. Erik get there in time to see her get stabbed by Ailil's halberd. He was allowed to see her as she lay dying, forever remembering Rihya's last words before Melosa pulled him away.
Cried himself to exhaustion, swearing eventually that he'd never cry again.
Confusion, hate, anger, and grief prompted him to lash out at Ashna and Ailil.
 Rude and hateful tendencies increased
His Father understood why Rihya was killed, and Vatticuss used his sympathy to begin working with Erik.
Broke Jydorr's mirror... Oops. She put Erik in his place real fast and developed respect and fear for her.
Grew more attached to Melosa as she also tried to curb his growing frustration

Melosa brought Lilith to the island. He vaguely remembered her as someone from the cave, but it was a loong time ago.
Eventually came to move past what Ashna did to his mother, though not yet forgiving her. Starting speaking to her again.
Lied to his Father, Ashna, AND Jydorr about certain permissions, and tricked his way into getting to visit Zima'Maloj
 Took a liking to Akasha~
Was forbidden to ever leave the island without Vatticuss, or his express and confirmed permission.
Continued to be hateful around Ailil, but Ailil was always quick to reprimand behaviors. Erik was always quick to pout.~
Roran appeared on the island one day! Gave Erik a purple leather tunic as a parting gift, saying what Erik suspected were final goodbyes.
Continued to be annoyed by Lilith. Wanted nothing to do with her constant hugging and he was rarely bothered by telling her to take a hike.
Went to the Grand Shrines with Melosa, Ailil, and Ashna one day. Learned about the Divine Law and explored the Shrines.
Ashna promised to teach him how to fight properly, going over the parts and uses of the falchion.
Met a moor calling herself Sina. She asked to see the graveyard so she could pay respects to her grandfather, so Erik showed her the way. Sina wandered around the graveyard a bit, and after she was done, the two made their way back. He was jumped from behind. He struggled a little, but she put a knife to his throat. She tied him up after, Erik being too scared to really fight. He mustered up some courage and lashed out, but she knocked him over the head. Throwing the unconscious Erikor over her shoulder, Sina proceeded to sneak around Grafjell. He came to for a small moment to struggle and fight, but she dropped him on the ground. With a swift kick and another bash to the head, all went dark and he was carried away from Grafjell in a burlap sack.
Comes to consciousness sore and bruised in a cell. A bed, a wash bin, iron door and and windows with liftable flaps for outsiders peering in. The room had a glass ceiling. Confused at first.
Sina comes in hysterically laughing, bringing in two earthspawn and throwing them in the cell across the hall.
 Days pass. Fed intermittently.
He is fed if he is good and cooperative. If he is not, he is beaten.
Sina calls him "Little Brother" because she is also Moor. He starts calling her "Sister" because he seems to think she will beat him less if he does.
Becomes aware of Earthspawn who visit. They look down from the floor above, looking at him through the glass ceiling.
It is become apparent he's been taken by slavers at this point.
Sina makes him sing and dance for his supper. He is humiliated, but his smart mouth makes her smash the plate and his food. Erik takes the broken shard of clay from the plate and keeps it in his pocket.
Notes [Ardaric Tideborne] and [Corven Roads]. Ardaric is nice to him, giving him proper food. The man shows kindness. Corven... is somewhat frigthening. All business.
Some kerfuffle with the earthspawn put the slavers in a panic. Corven ties up a caparii and drags her out of the cell. Erik begs and pleads. He promises he'll be good and swears that he won't run. Ardaric takes full responsibility for the boy and Erikor is permitted to flee the slave base with his captors on his own two feet.
Ardaric and Erik walk a bit behind Sina and Corven in the dead of night. Ardaric notes the way Erik clings to something in his pocket. Adaric convinces Erik to hand over the clay shard he'd been hoping to use as a weapon. Suggests hiding it in his waistband next time, as it's less obvious. Erik seems to trust Ardaric more than the other two. Realizes Ardy won't hurt him unless he tries something stupid, since everyone's head is on the line here.
As they approach the Crossroads to board a ship to Sundown Isle, Erik hopes there is someone there to help him. But there is no one, so he does not try to outrun Ardaric and Corven's crossbows.
They reach the island and Erik looks down into a pitch black set of stairs, told to go down. Told it would be the last he would see sunlight for a long time. He starts to panic, but the threat of weapons spurs him to obedience.
The cells are smaller. Doors of rusted iron. It smells vaguely metallic and like blood. Musty. The cell is made of stone, a single stone slab as a bed. Nothing else. Not even a wash basin, chamber pot. Nothing.
Ardaric promises that it'll be alright. Erik asks him why he's been so nice. Ardaric says that Erik's smart. Has a good head on a his shoulder. He and his crew have been looking for fresh blood, so Erik just has to hold on a bit longer. Fetches the boy more blankets to make him comfortable.
Corven extinguishes the torches before they leave. Erik is plunged into pitch black, underground darkness.
Lights are only brought in when they bring food, which seems to come fewer and far between in this place.
Sina brings him a basket with extra food, some oils to wash up with. Says to get cleaned up, that he might be going home soon. Erik suspects it is not his home in Grafjell. Suspects he's been sold.
He does not see Sina again. Days pass. He was not expecting her to disappear and rationed poorly. He starts getting hungry. Water begins to run low.
Talks briefly with Eyota, the other slave at the other end of the tunnel in another cell.
Hunger reaaaally starts to set in.
All of a sudden there is light! And in comes... Mila? Mila rescues Erik and takes him out of there. Leaves the door open for the caparii but offers no other help.
Returns to Grafjell. Is examined by a man named Illthilior. Ashna seems to trust him, so Erik cooperates.
But on bedrest and is confined to his house.
Lilith stays with him, refusing to leave his side. Tells him how she never stopped looking for him. He is comforted by this and begrudgingly accepts a hug.
Comes out rarely, even after some recuperation. Stays put inside.
Eventually tells Ashna about the events, telling her all about the slavers but leaving out Ardaric's involvement and mention of him.
Illthilior comes back. Looking back, Illthilior was just joking around. But Erik did not see it that way as Thilior slung the boy over his back like Sina and the slavers had done so many times. He struggled and demanded to be put down. Throwing curse words and slurs as fast as he could think of them. Illthilior threatened to drop Erik in the creek if didn't stop. Lilith tried to help pull Erik off and ended pulling Erik into the creek anyway. Lashed out at both of them.
Becomes fairly withdrawn and reclusive after that.
Starts rejoining the world after a time.
Becomes more focused on working around the isle, taking odd jobs, staying busy.
Starts exercising more as per Ashna's suggestion and request.
Lilith stops staying at Grafjell, leaving Erik pretty much alone with the adults.
Is finally given permission to leave the island on his own if it's to visit the Crossroads. Ashna said he was old enough to be doing that already, but Erik preferred to wait for his father's permission.
Starts visiting the Crossroads sporadically, still staying confined to the island for his own preference most days.
When Erik asks for ANOTHER job to do around the island, she gives him the task of scribing a book. A blade journal to document different types of blades, their uses, and the ones most prominently used around the isle.
Takes up sketching and scribbling. Drawing in the journal pages.
Sees Lilith at the Crossroads again one day. He tolerates her hugging and poking and touching as long as he can. Eventually gets her to let him go, saying that he's going to get a drink. He tells her to wait there, that he'd be back. Erik just abandons her and returns to Grafjell.
He later finds out she waited two days for him to come back, and she refuses to forgive him.
Prays for the first time at the Grand Shrines and is quite embarrassed when Dawn overhears.
Sits and talks with her for some odd number of hours, telling her stories about the haunted Grey Isle.
Goes back to the Isle, only to discover Dawn took enough interest in his tales to come visit.
Somewhat mischievously intends to scare her with ghost stories, but she doesn't seem to be scared of much. Loses heart for trying and just sort of walks around the graveyard with her instead.
Met a man named Nwalme at the Crossroads. He trades favors and wanted to know more about Ashna's affairs. Erik wanted to know what information Nwalme had on the slavers, as Erik wanted to try and find Ardy again. Erik wouldn't tell Nwalme about Ashna's personal affairs, but the man did at least tell Erik to seek out Aewin for more information on the slavers.
Continues to talk with Dawn on the isle. The girl starts staying there, given a job at the library. Erik gives her a tour and promises to teach her to swim one day.
Asked Ashna about the fate of the slavers, as well as informed her of Nwalme's interest in her.
Erik notices that Dawn is missing. At first he writes it off as her just wandering off.
Sees Illthilior again to learn of his fate in Vigil's
Starts growing fond of a little Caparii child from the Crossroads that came to Grafjell after
Finds out that Lilith's hair was removed and makes a trip to Vigil's Rest to ask for Tzemik's help. Finds out Tzemik is the one who did it. Gets Lilith unbanished from Vigil's though does not make progress in getting her hair back.
Daeron Eldrin and William Eldsvart come to Grafjell looking for Dawn, giving Erik more reason to worry. He begins to suspect she didn't just wander off.
Illthilior comes looking for residence at Grafjell
Meets Aewin properly and starts asking questions about slavers. Found out another name for Naya, as well as Aradaric's name.
A woman comes to Grafjell asking about Erik and telling him things about Dawn. The story changes a lot, but the woman mentions seeing Dawn go to Port Silver with a man. Remembers his time in PS and fears she'd actually been taken.
Elfa Handsotter comes to Grafjell. She says there is slaver activity in Grafjell and they're active at the old palace in Port Silver.
Ashna, Grey, and Elfa have all of these long term plans that Erik doesn't sit well with. Not enough action. So he seeks Mila's help. She also talks about planning and these things taking time. Is not pleased.
He sees a chance to find Naya and get some sort of
retribution, as well as possibly helping out Dawn.
Puts up a poster saying Illthilior will pay for anyone who can kill the slavers and free the slaves.
Bombards Jezebel again with questions when he meets her in the inn. Not tactfully approached.
Meets Wynde, who agrees to help him because Dawn is an adoptive Eldrin.
They begin to scour Port Silver, eventually taking refuge in a house for the night to continue the search the next day.
Finds Dawn in a cell in the old palace.
Armed men arrive with Fulgrim, almost coming to blows between Wynde and them.
Ends up taking her back to Grafjell to ease her traumatized mind best he can, assuring her that he is real.
Stays with Dawn in Grafjell's hospital as she heals. She is fragile and afraid, yet only at ease with him.
His father becomes enraged once he hears Erik is back. Vatticuss was sick with sorry and was angered by Erik running off into danger.
Dawn remains as Erikor's shadow even after she's healed. They are inseparable. Where one is, so is the other.
Roran Campion returns to the isle, trying to bribe Vatticuss into making iron bars for a prison. Vatticuss and Roran nearly come to blows but Erik intervenes because of his respect for Roran. Vatticuss is angry that Erikor doesn't care what Roran plans to do with that prison. Erik is showing more and more traits similar to Rihya and Vatticuss doesn't like this. He's afraid of Erik following Rihya's path afterall.
Vatticuss opens up to Erikor about some problems he's been having. Reveals the struggle of hearing Rihya's voice in his head and how he feels he might slip and return to his old life. Erikor is a little shit to his father.
Stays with Dawn instead of staying in his own house with Vatticuss. Erik has a growing fondness for Dawn, but knows it's unrequited. Silently pines over her.
Trains a bit with Ashna with his falchion. Ailil, Vatticuss, and Illthilior watch.
Ailil suggests Erik should wield a warhammer, but also gives advice to the teen about Vatticus.
Erik takes Ailil's advice and reconciles with his father with full apology. Erik recognizes he's a shit.
At a festival, Lilith drags him in front of Akasha, announces that Erikor has a crush on Akasha. Erikor gets angry with Lilith. Has a bit of an outburst.
Finds Dawn on one of the boats and hides in there with her.
Things quiet down, but the pair become a bit reclusive. They talk about Dawn's father and maybe going to find him.
Erik plans to tell Vatticuss he's leaving to go help her search, but before that conversation happens, Vatticuss reveals something heartbreaking. Vatticuss plans on asking Ashna to kill him because he's tired.
Erikor's world crumbles for a moment as he begs his father not to die. They share a moment, but it doesn't seem like the right sort of time announce he's leaving. Manages to change Vatticuss's mind, but it was an emotional sort of talk.
He's conflicted and hurting after the talk with his father. He doesn't know how to express the simultaneous turmoil and relief it caused, so he just bottles it up. Doesn't talk a whole lot with anyone except for his shadow.
Dawn and Erikor leave the Isle to find her father. Erik doesn't tell anyone goodbye except for Vatticuss.
Returns to Grafjell much later for brief visits. He and Dawn are still inseperable.
Often flits back and forth between Grafjell and traveling.

He is given official status as a noble of Stavroforia.
 Dawn dies.
 Vatticuss disowns him.
 Disappears into the Sorrows
Hones skills and survives on his own
Finds his way back in time to catch a ride to the new land
Keeps a low profile and staying out of the way of people

His search for his father proves fruitless
Meets Calcifer and is told by someone to seek out a raggedy monk in Linlea
Meets that raggedy woman in Linlea and has suspicions confirmed
Meets Olive and realizes she's homeless and nearly died several tiems after he left
Pledges his service to a stranger to try and bargain for Olive to get a shot at something better
Hopes to do for Olive what Ashna did for him. It doesnt work
Olive asks to travel with him. He hesitantly agrees.
Feels terrified she'll be another Dawn
They part ways due to separate interests

Relations:
Relations given if individuals are significant enough to him, or if a first meeting is significant enough to warrant him remembering the person. Five words max. May either be his thoughts on them or his relation to them. Borrowing this idea from my Niah profile.

Olive: She was part of Erik's past. He let her down in Grafjell. Left without saying a word, and she apparently nearly died after he left. Now he finds that she's homeless and without family. In part, his act for her is a way to repay what Ashna did for him all of those years ago. She saved him for a life that could have gone much differently... He hopes he can do the same for Olive. *Sits*
Heh. Yeah. Meant to respond to this sooner. But Erikor has the honor of an alt without Niah's name in it. I just had to make my account names even /more/ confusing. :p

Heads up. When he turns three, I'll probably be logging in a bit more with him. I mean, not a ton because- He's three. But will be starting to develop him as a character through RP. :3
