Word spreads throughout Linistel and the surrounding lands of a celebration of rebirth.
"Greetings one an all! In the interest of promoting the bonds we have together in these times of crises, a festival will be held within the coming weeks, hosting games and other things. Anyone and all are welcome, but violence is not to be tolerated. Any individual showing signs of infection will be barred from the city."

This event is Moderate to match the region rating, although if you insight any violence you automatically consent anything that may happen. This isn't to discourage violence if you wish to cause chaos or whatnot, just be aware of it. If you do want to start something, message either me or Ruu and it will be dealt with in a private manner.
In the interest of creating RP and starting regular events again, we will be hosting a small festival in Linistel. It's nothing out of the ordinary, although stalls are open for anyone who wants to sell their goods ICly.
