And the scene I can not get out of my head would be the scene where Snape holds the corpse of Lilly Potter in his arms.
Not because it was sweet or romantic or because their love story was "the best" because it really wasn't- but that's another debate for another time.
I feel as though the reason I only have that scene in my head is because I recently used a gif that had these in them.
The most chilling scene that really made me feel something is when Hogwarts prepares for battle with Lord Voldemort's army.
All the professors and students sent spells to protect the castle, and Professor McGonagall used to locomotor spell to rise the statues of the castle.
