Hi all,
Posted here as there isn't an in-Altera housing yet..
We are offering housing in the Upper District of Ralidor on a reservation basis for the next 2 weeks while we prepare to begin building in Altera! You can find all the buildings in Creative 2 at the coordinates: 700, 1000 (x,z)
The reservation and purchase system works like this:
You pay down half the full price of the house (4000-7000r total, depending on the unit). When it is built and ready to be moved into, you put down the other half, and then you own that building for 3 months. After 3 months we will contact you, and if you are active/still interested in keeping the house, you do not need to pay another fee, you just keep the house. If you do not respond or do not want the house, it will be put back onto the market.
These reservation prices are cheaper than what the houses will cost when they are in! Ralidor promises to be a large trade hub, as well as other features such as a large religious center, and Arcane District.
