5. In your own words, how would you define metagaming and powergaming?
Meta gaming is using OOC info IC. Ex. I am running a trade company and the boat is going to go down Channel A, someone on discord says theres pirates in Channel A so you then proceed to use Channel B to move your goods. Powergaming is making your character extremely powerful or outright unkillable. Ex. "My character is immune to posion, swords warns and can snap people out of existence like Thanos." Powergaming is also not giving someone the ability to react, Such as saying "I throw a knife at your character and it impales him and kills him instantly."
6. Do we allow X-Raying mods or X-Ray texture packs on the server?
Absolutely not.

I enjoy to play video games and try to excel at schoolwork. I have beenplaying Minecraft since 2014 when I first discovered a roleplay server called Ezarion Roleplay.

I was not referred. I found it through hunting for a good roleplay server to play on.

Appearance:
He has short brown hair in a sort of buzzcut, with sparkling blue eyes. He amounts to be about 6 foot of about 185 pounds with about an average frame. He'll be in his armor most of the time, a set of iron armor he always wears which always seems to shine since Wilkin takes great pride in shining it. It also has a brown burlap strap around it that forms a sort of holster to sheath his steel longsword and clip his oak-wood shield that he's had since he began his days in training to be a knight. His helmet has points on each end making it look like that of a wardens helm. There are also brown leather straps that wrap around the underside of his arms and legs so that he doesn't constantly have metal clanking against him. He almost holds the amulet that his Sister gave him to keep him safe in his travels. He also carries a pendant that his sister gave him that is made with simply wool for the neck piece but the pendant itself is iron with a thin gold coating with the family crest incarved on it. He also wears the Ring the dying captain at Fort Manshire gave him as a reminder. The ring is pure iron with no gold on it but it has the etchings of the words going around it "Honor above all else"

It felt like days maybe weeks that Wilkin had been aboard this vessel that was carrying him to lands unknown. He would typically sit there in boredom and think about the future and his hopes and things to come, but tonight was different, the moon wasn't out as he went topside to look up into the night sky. It was black, pure darkness in the sky the moon could not be seen and not a single eye caught Wilkin's attention and with that his mind began to wander to the events that led him here. As he stared at the darkened night sky he could hear the cries of men and the sound of drums beating faster. He would look around and see the bodies of his fallen brothers in arms and the town he vowed to protect in ash. As he stood on the deck of that ship he could not smell the salty sea water he could only smell the Ash from that day and he was only snapped out of it as one of the deckhands came up to him he was a short stocky dwarf "Oi! Lad, What are you doin up ere'?" Wilkin would respond to the Dwarf "I am only thinking of the past, do not mind me, I will return below deck now." The dwarf would speak in a softer tone "Lad. I can see it in your eyes, a Sadness. How about You sit down on that barrel there and talk to an ole' dwarf about it." Wilkin was surprised by the gesture and would sit down to tell the story in full to the Dwarf. By the time Wilkin finished, the Dwarf was in shock and patted him on the back. "Lad you've been through a lot, but you must look to the future. *He would pause and point at sky where there was a single star visible* You can be sad and angry or you can look forward, you can do good in this world. and That star is there as a sign to put you on the right path." Wilkin though about it and agreed. "I shall dedicate my life to helping those in need and vanquishing evil." The dwarf would smile and chuckle a bit "You can do anything if you are determined." Wilkin would go back down below deck and sleep soundly for the first time since the attack. He woke up the next morning to find the ship docked and he stepped off the ship with a new perspective.
Current Setting of the Server:
For days, it rained. The coasts were battered by bolstered waves, and the fields turned to lakes that could swallow a caravan. For some, it was an omen.
The evil promises came true. As the storms slipped back out to sea and the sun's auburn hues could again be seen rising over the horizon, something dark crept out from the cavern depths. A dangerous, and mysterious plague gripped Altera by ferocious surprise. At first, it was studied in quite isolation by academics, but soon it became clear that this was no mere curse of nature. Plague beasts, monstrous mutated abominations, stormed research facilities, escalating the situation into a full scale struggle. Across the lands, people became displaced from their homes as monster and plague altered their way of life.
The lands of Altera are poised in dire straits, but there is hope. The sun still shines, and opportunities for glory grow like tentative vines. All over, people are fighting, innovating and living in spite of the darkness below. Will you join them?

About Your Character!
This section is about the character you intend to use once you join the server.We ask that new players follow these guidelines during this portion of the application:
- Characters begin with basic skills and gear. No advanced armor or weaponry. Skills and abilities are appropriate to a novice level. Skills should be learned through roleplay, not through backstory.
- Characters fit the lore. If you choose to play as a Moor Elf, for example, we expect appearance and details to be fitting with base lore.
- Characters cannot use magic in any way. The test itself should not mention magic either. HollowWorld uses a restricted magic system and it is only accessible to those who find and learn from a teacher in-game.
- Tests should not be violent. No murder, killing, death, torture. In the past, 8 out of 10 applications featured characters fighting off bandits or slaying passersby. We don't want to see how well you can script a fight scene. We want to see how well you can tell a story, how well you can roleplay.
- Be creative and be original. Do not use tests/characters whose home villages were burned, parents murdered, and then set off to be an orphan assassin. It has been done before. Please don't do it again.
- Written portion of the test is required to be a 400 word minimum. If the test doesn't meet the minimum, Staff may ask you to extend the test before the application is considered.
