4. Have you read the King's Law, Code of Conducts, Official Lore, and the Player Guides yet? I have yes, there was lots of interesting information.

5. In your own words, how would you define metagaming and powergaming?
Metagaming is when a player uses outside information they personally know, and then apply to their character. An example of this would be knowing something important OOC, then using that information in game to aid your character. Powergaming is when you give your character an unfair boost/make them godlike to be unbeatable. An example of powergaming would be when a player has a power such as regeneration, that prevents them from dying when they're a common mercenary. Or if a player forces death upon another player, and makes the RP go into their favor without the consent of others.

6. Do we allow X-Raying mods or X-Ray texture packs on the server?
No, as would no server as it'd be a form of meta and power gaming.

7. Name one of our current Mentors.

8. Tell us about yourself!
(Introduce yourself! Tell us some of your hobbies, what kind of music you like, other games you play, maybe any pets you have. Make sure you include the character description as well as the written test, as your application can not be accepted without all elements of the application being filled out. In addition to this, there are a few things I'd like you to look over when you're finishing your app:

Character Name: Tandilwe Nighthollow

Character Age: 37

Character Race: Elvish

Appearance: Tandilwe's body is slender like most elves. She has green eyes, long blonde hair, and pale skin. She wears a reddish-brown leather overcoat, on top of a light green tunic, with tight green pants. She wears leather traveling boots and has her lute strapped to her back. She stands on the shorter side for an elf, at around 5'6, and weighs close to 120 lbs.

Written Test!
Tandilwe gazed back momentarily at her family’s cottage. Her parents had been sad that she wanted to become a wandering bard, but she had seen it as her way of finding herself. Being on a farm for another two hundred years wouldn’t suit her at all; she wanted to see the world and experience the vast terrain and diverse people that weren’t around in those woods. As she walked she checked her Lute straps to make sure they were properly tightened, she also gripped her dagger tightly, knowing it was her only fallback if her words would not work to sway those who would do her harm.

As night fell Tandilwe had great luck in finding an Inn, having little money with her and offered her services as a bard. She was by no means a master, but she knew her voice and skill with a lute came from Shalherana. As she played and saw the cheer and delight on the other patrons’ faces, she knew this is exactly where she wanted to be. In the hole-in-the-walls, the inns, the taverns. She wanted the be playing music for the common adventurers to bring a little more light into their life, even if only for a few minutes. Any doubts Tandilwe had were put at ease, and she slept easy that night, knowing her new home was wherever her lute was.

Each day after that had become a new adventure for Tandilwe. Being on the roads and the wilderness had helped Tandilwe sharpen her skills. Without proper training, she would never become a master of anything, but it did not deter her from honing her skill with a dagger or picking up alchemy by learning what does and doesn’t go well together. The more skills she obtained, the more chances to explore the world she would have. While it might seem like Tandilwe would be lonely, always on her own exploring the world, it couldn’t be more of the opposite. Every town she went to she made friends by playing music. Every wanderer she met might travel with her for a bit to keep lively with a little song. She made numerous friends along her travels and always welcomed more.

The one thing Tandilwe would really hope for though is true love. In this aspect, she admits she is lonely. Race never mattered much to Tandilwe, as the spirit was what drove her, and what would drive her partner. She has had relations a few times over her rather short life, but her goal in life, after seeing the world, is settling down with one who could tame her fiery spirit.

Lastly, please make sure you understand the following points. It's very important. As a new player, once you play you may be tempted to "test" out an x-ray mod... don't do it! We have a zero tolerance policy for it.

1) We have active members of staff monitoring players suspected of using X-RAY. We have extensive logging capabilities which also highlight to us when X-RAY is suspected. Anyone caught using X-RAY mods or Transparent Texture Packs will be permanently banned without appeal.
2) Anyone found to be griefing our server and subsequently blaming their sibling, friend, dog or any other person other than themselves will be banned irrespective of their innocence.
