To all those in the lands the following notice goes in effect voted upon the second day of this new hear by the council of tome and chalice. Passed without unanimous decison the law of The Makani Refuge Act is full in effect starting this day drafting the following in effect.
One no gryphons will be allowed to be harmed in the cities and the lands controlled by slyannen unless it is in a act of self defense.
Two no makani shall be harmed assaulted or treated as a lesser being within the lands controlled by the city and will have equal rights of all.
Three the mountian to the south east of the city will be designated as Gryphons refuge for the animals and makani kind to live and find home.
Four a amount of money assigned from treasure to place apropiate feed for gryphons at the mountian so they do not harm farm animals or the city.
