A new orphanage in the Quays is open!

The Orphanage is once again taking in children! After moving to the Quays, they’re slowly settling in.
There’s notices hung up at the Crossroads from time to time. If you want to join as either an orphan or volunteer, you can message me c:

+ DESCRIPTION +
The orphanage is funded by Sankera
An orphanage is a place for orphans, but a foundling home is a place for all unwanted children. So uh, it’s technically a foundling home. This organisation was previously in Twilight Falls (see here) but moved after the town became too dangerous to raise children in. The orphanage is no longer supported by a government and has no political affiliation. It's no longer 'Marr's Orphanage'.

There are classrooms in the new orphanage, but no teachers.

The way things are run is rather.. informal, with the prerequisites for adoption only being a judge of character by Iteraldi.

We take all children that have no home. The children will be cared for.

Cold, cold drafts blow through the empty building.
Shoes of builders and their apprentices echo across the stone floor.
Iteraldi and the others involved begin to post notices in willing towns' inns.
Previously obsolete, the church now has a single inhabitant.
The Home is open.

Sakyra was found alone in the Crossroads. Aldi has brought her to the Home until for until she is wed or can find her father!

A short notice has been posted in Azerport and Twilight Falls! Although many have heard rumours of the renovations in the Church, perhaps- it is now public knowledge! Aldi will be going to other towns and putting some up there, with permissions of course c;
OP has been edited with the full message!

Spoiler:

The Foundling Home has been opened in Twilight Falls. It is on Marr’s land and is under King Fronte’s rule. Please bring any unwanted children by and they will be taken care of, with no questions asked. Merely bring them inside and give them to an attending member or leave them at the doorway. They will be taken care of adequately. The Home is located in the church on the main square.

If you wish to take in a child, you are most welcome. We do insist, however, that the child be given a safe home.
