A elegently decorated poster can be found in the major cities and settlements that Astremian Islanders could gain access too.

Greetings to all those who read this. To celebrate the construction of the "Bertha Tekton Memorial Hospital" the islanders of House Astrum put out a notice to try to seek doctors and those with a medical inclination to come to the capital, Astrum Island/ We wish to invite anyone with medical expertise to attend the opening and perhaps move to this new center of healing. The building stands at 4 floors tall and shall be fitted with the best equipment we can source for this new building. Houses have also been constructed so as we can House the medics interested in moving to the island and those interested will be fed, paid and given homes tax free on the island. We hope to recive visitors soon.

Yes, however it is his title/name, so would be written in both out of choice by the character. Though is branching out so its cool to see your enthusiasm
