Dracor is a fortress sitting at the highest point in a mountain range between Wintermourne and Irrcrawn. Its isolated location is known to very, very few. There are no rumors of this place, and there are no in-character outlets of information regarding this fortress at the moment.

Climate and Weather, In-Character Dangers
In the Grey circled areas, winds from the Northern ocean combine with water droplets. Strong ocean winds keep the droplets in the air until they clump together in to hail and shards of ice. Ice storms occur once or twice every week in these regions, and can be dangerous if one is caught in the midst of a storm without thick clothing or armor.
In the Cyan circled area, chunks of the above mentioned ice and hail lighter than the rest have been known to be carried several kilometers South, resulting in extreme blizzards and snowstorms that do not include the thick chunks of ice of the more Northern storms.
In the Blue circled areas, as a result of regular snowstorms and overall uninhabited area, snow has piled up to averages of 4-6 feet deep. This can be deadly if you fall in to a mound of new snow and are covered as you do, but can also be a life saver when traversing the treacherous mountains; if you fall and land in the snow, you are less likely to sustain serious injuries.
In the Pink circled area, the mountains have little to no dirt left on them and are immensely tall. Made up of mostly rock and snow, they can be very, very difficult to maneuver on, or stay stable on, without proper equipment. A fall from one of these mountains can be fatal.
