Sure
Let's say it's a leather made box, as I said with 2 types of leather, and the lid is of the most sturdy type of the two. Inside is the "rare shiny underwater ingredient", and the bottom has 2 of the same coloring items that gives the box its color. And the rest, the other type of leather.

The whetstone only have 2 ingredients, one is in the name the other is of course linked to what the item is used for. And in the recipe there's never twice the same item directly next to each other (left-right-up-down).

For the bag of radiants, here again it needs 2 types of leather (the stronger for the overall shape of the bag, the other type for the top part), tied with a string, and an item that usually represent money in Minecraft placed in the middle.

Scorpion - sand
Grey Parrot - Jungle/Acacia leaves
Toad - Lilly pads
Sloth - Jungle/Oak leaves

Filled vase - bottle of water with the same recipe as brown vase
