A very short note is placed around various public areas in Mockingbay, including the market, taverns, and various shops.

If anyone has any information about a murder that happened recently in the lower district please contact a member of the guard or the Queen. Furthermore, if anyone may know of someone missing who may unfortunately be the victim, that would be very helpful towards finding the one responsible for this horrible crime.
