Burglarshire is a free town, which means you have building rights, so you may help create the cathedral. You may not build if your character is not qualified for it. Further building instructions are on the above mentioned thread.

It's a big building, perhaps all the walls are covered in bookshelves. But since it's a place of worship to a God I thought the word 'cathedral' would suit best
