Political Predictions

Just for OOC predicting what will go down between nations, whether we want it to or just suspect it will happen, and then conflicting eachother if we see that the theory might not work.

I think that there might possibly be a form of 3+-way cold war-like affair between Sincronia, Arcturix, Mechinica should it rejoin the WA, and Volopia should the rebels win, over the position of delegate. Rebel-owned Volopia being the leftist-based candidate, Sincronia the democratic, and Arcturix as the rightist-based. Mechanica would likely override or merge beneath Sincronia, and a Corporate owned Volopia under (or replacing) Arcturix. Would be a fun RP, I think, but would be a two-way without a leftist-group, and would transition more so towards democratic VS non-democratic sort of cold war.

-the vast majority of the region will continue to not care what happens between Corvermell and Morgnatha.

-all the theocratic nations will start "banding" together, spawning a huge spiderweb of tangled alliances which either falls apart into a chaotic cold war at the first scandal or cultural misunderstanding, or eventually becomes a "pantheon" coalition of the gods of every religious state in the region. depends on how tolerant the priests are.

- all the ruthless and controlling dictatorships will eventually either merge under Acrturix, or try to topple Arcturix. depends on how much the other nations want the power and prestige.

- Malwillia will continue to be ruled by CEOs
- it will continue to create random harm to everyone else just for the sake of it
- it will become more stereotypical

Calling it now, three way war between the religious nations, and most likely the Council condemning the entire affair.

Sprakia will go from tribal pascifist jungle-union to warmongering militaristic jungle nation and they will conquer all of those who once laughed at its traditions. They will be able to do this, you see, because of their population.

Once they've occupied their enemies provinces, they will establish peaceful govenments, and leave them alone forever until something else rises. They will enforce geopolitical stagnation and peace within other nations.

I imagine Caren will stay in the pretty much isolationist state it has it is in currently, at least until it wants to involve itself eventually.

Yea well jungle forests burn quite well, mate...
A few kerosene bombs and incendiary drops on a no-airforce nation... easy huh

Lol jungle nation with appreciable industry. How you gonna become a significant aggressor without any way to build an army?

I predict that Sincronia will eventually declare all other nations to be inferior in intellect and culture, with the possible exception of Mechanica Rationalis, and Sincronia will end up becoming enemies with just about everyone yet somehow survive just fine.

Mechanica is currently involved in humanitarian aid in multiple locations in the region. I foresee Mechanica developing a more open relationship with the other regions, as opposed to the general tech isolationist policies at this time. All the tech we're sharing with other nations is several generations behind current, so reverse-engineering wouldn't help much if one decided to become aggressive.
