Henceforth Eisenfaust will be referred to as “EF”
All rights of lesser castes are inherited where applicable.
OUTSIDER
An outsider to the lands of Eisenfaust. They have the sole right to be subject to the law.
DENIZEN
A denizen of EF is afforded the following:
The right to live, work, and own non-land property in EF lands.
FOREIGN DIGNITARY
Noblemen and ambassadors of friendly lands outside EF dominion.
The right to elevated status.
The right to a just trial in applicable cases.
MERITED NOBLE
A citizen of EF dominion who through works and deeds has elevated himself above the populace.
Are afforded the right to hold ownership of indentured servants, housing, and land.
The right to attend political matters, as a member of the Noble Court.
The right to declare war upon a two thirds majority vote.
CIVIL SERVANTS
Can be from any caste of EF citizens, those who work directly for the interests of Eisenfaust.
The right of Diplomatic Immunity; Any act taken by a Civil Servant is considered an act of EF, and
in the right, unless it is against another Civil Servant or in direct opposition of EF will.
HIGH LORD
The current Merited Noble who stands above the rest.
The right to break ties in Noble Court.
The right to assume direct control in times of emergencies.
