Hello dear event-hosts!
It's amazing that you decide to host an event. Events make the role-play become more alive through scenery and story-line and give people the chance to find new people to Role-play with outside of the events. It's great! To be sure everyone knows which events are occurring when, it is important to keep your thread up to date.
Please mark your event-thread as when you create it. In your thread, you will put a date and time (GMT or BST) which allow others to know when it starts.
If you postpone a thread, you mark it as . You might not know a new date and time immediately, but would you please mark at least a week or weekend in which you plan to host it again? This way such events will not be forgotten.
If you have hosted an event and it still goes on, you can mark it as . This allows everyone to see which events are going on and perhaps they can still join in
Another important thing to do, is to mark your thread as once the event is over. This way people can still look back on your event, perhaps they can post screen shots of it in the thread. In any way everyone will know it is finished and they will not be confused.
After creating your thread, you can change the title and the prefixes by using the little tool in your upper right corner of the screen and click on edit thread. This way you can edit the prefix and the title.
Doing this will keep this section of the forum orderly and you can get a quick view on which events to join.
Thanks! And keep those amazing events coming!
