[Public Notice] Be Wary of Those with The Black Hand

To begin, we ask all citizens of the Kingdoms to remain calm and alert. We do not wish to spread mass hysteria, only word of warning. Recently there's been talk of illness causing a comatose state, as such, Lillium offers the hospitals within Compendium and Natri'Evar as a respite for the fallen.

We ask that all remain calm in the presence of those marked by the black hand, marked by the demon's possession. These acts were witnessed by the Queen, and such actions include the possible anomalies;
-Hysteria
-Paranoia
-Violent or Erratic behaviour
-Sociopathy
-Odd occurrences, such as light footsteps or unnatural occurrences.
-Attentive to time or a time limit
And most importantly
-A black hand-print shall appear on the body.

We do not know why these things occur, only that demons are at fault for such behaviour and risks to the populace. We ask all to be wary and attentive to those around you. Should one fall sick, immediately seek medical help for the fallen. Do not waste time, for they may not have it.
