I've noticed there is a House next door to this shop. Its in the same building, code 002D.

Would it be possible to just have the divider wall removed and it combined into one business space?

Is it possible to pay for a year's worth of rent rather than having to keep track of payments every month? I'm fine with a "No refunds, for any reason, ever" policy.

This should be fine, yeah. What I have planned is at the very end of this month, I'll then collect everyone's (who owes it) rent. This'll help just clean up separated payment dates for management on our end. If some people wish to pay for multiple months worth of rent at a time, we can take note of that.

Hopefully this makes sense to folks. Rather than X, Y, Z paying their rent on the 25th. A and B paying on the 17th. C, D, E, etc on another date. I'll have everyone paying on the 30th.

So as I mentioned in my last post here, I've reset all the payment dates (for those who pay monthly) so that you'll all be sending in your rent on the 30th of each month.

I'll tag below everyone who needs to send either myself, (WarWolf_1) or Kamaoe, (Kamaoe) or TheDeester, (TheDeester) their rent payments.
You should hopefully know how much you need to pay, but Ill requote the prices of the different options as well. Even more - for the sake of ease, I'll also at the end of each tag mention what type of place you own and then you can work out your rent from that.

One of these is rented by someone, the signs were just never changed. If you'd like another pair on the Dock-Market, 001 and 002 are free and 008 and 009 are free. There are also a few other buildings in that area that recently became free to rent.
