The Anhald-Rhain Covenant

The Kingdom of Anhald and The Grand Principality of The Rhaine shall enter a pact of gain for both sovereign realms. There will be free trade between borders, an embassy of each within both realms, and a defensive pact. The defensive pact shall be valid if only one realm, or the covenant, is attacked by outside forces. In any war started by a member of the agreement, there is no obligation to provide aid.
May both realms prosper and may peace reign under God's light.
