The company will always complete their contracts dutifully, so long as the client can uphold their end of the bargain.

how much is it to reimburse the company for a dead member?

you should put down the base prices like in the black banners thread with a notice saying "subject to change in RP"

it's always been their weight in coin which is negotiable in RP

I am curious about this. Because you've spent your OOC rads on some artwork auction does not mean your character is ICly poor. IC radiants does not equal OOC radiants, usually. Is this something that is negotiable, or no?

I think it just means that they require OOC payment, it’s like paying for smithed armor or a tattoo

This depends on the contract. Please keep in mind that a majority of the company play one life run characters and don't revive on death -- so these are serious undertakings for serious folks. 90% of the time it's likely not negotiable, but there are not set prices for services. Come with an offer IC and negotiate IC.

We'll take a check later on or payment in installments OOC but the payment goes towards things like plots for our barracks and there being some weight to actually hiring us - we are, after all, probably the only way to sway a player conflict in one's favor instantly that exists on the server. For things like hiring us to help in the campaign we've purposefully lowballed - 3k to escort a caravan, with Blorbis opting to pay us 12k instead after it was a disaster along the way. Payment has to be OOC too but we're willing to work on the prices to be affordable if we're being hired for event purposes. We want to do that sort of stuff! It's fun.

This is very out of date now, but we're still active and still recruiting.
