The Downpour

The skies darken as the first droplets of rain fall upon the lands. It holds no bias to which city it falls upon, but it is a long and drawn out rain to end any drought.
Waking the next day would reveal only a continuation of the downpour.

======

Update: The rains have stopped after 4-5 IC days.

OOC: I'll be changing the in-game rain to last a while as a reflection of this, but I will be updating this thread when there is a change in it IC.

Yeah, those places that are cold enough for snow instead of rain get snow. The deserts likely get nothing.

Four days after the rains began, they finally cease. The grounds in many places become saturated and mud and flooding became an issue, but many people have rejoiced at the sunshine returning.
Some think it was nothing out of the ordinary, while others think of it as a bad omen for things to come.
