The Dragon Emporium - Competition Time!

Roll up roll up for the greatest show of all! From across the whole world renowned men and women, collectors and tamers, come to this place to showcase their incredible catches!
What have they caught, you ask? Lions, Elephants, Bears?
No.. This is something even greater.. something you have never seen before!
These beasts and beauties are sure to be something entirely new! Something that will shock and surprise you all.

The curtains will fall to reveal huge, leathered wings, razor sharp talons, colourful feathers and plumes, glimmering scales, capturing eyes and extravagant horns!
The creatures we are about to show you are the stuff of legend, the amazing, the magnificent.. Dragons!

Who has the best catch out of you all?
Who's dragon have we never seen the likes of before?
And who's dragon is the most interesting? In both appearance and behaviour.

Name of Dragon: Dragon of the Night

Appearance: A mid-sized obsidian hue dragon; his eyes glow a deep and rich crimson, and several runic markings run along his sides. Breath of Fire is a darker violet shade.

Behavior: This dragon is very violent, very ferocious, evil, destructive, and torturous when under the command of his eternal master, Darkness.

Where it can be found: Can be found on battlefields between demons and soldiers, wreaking havoc upon the forces it is directed against.

Scene (Disclaimer; very overly-detailed to convey feeling, might be considered slight gore): The preferred scene would be The Fall of Tirithia, during which it would be flying in and around tall stony spires and towers, dispatching of the small human soldiers easily. The world seemingly comes to an end of days for the residents of the city; the ominous mood of death and finality hanging in the air, the despaired cries and pleas for help nearly able to be felt in the air. From atop a separate spire, the tallest of the surrounding, a demonic figure stands; his sight alone to bring a feeling of impossible victory. Though, in truth...

The battle has already been lost. From the moment Darkness decided to destroy the kingdom, it had been lost. And now, from atop the tower, he looks down on the work that his enslaved dragon did. Women, children, elderly, any who couldn't run quick enough, couldn't hide fast enough, were incinerated with almost no effort. Even the soldiers were burnt alive inside their plate armor, the silvery metallic gleam of those not yet condemned to suffer as their armor meshed with their own skin reflecting the horrors all around them.

Towers ablaze with either fear of death, imminent death, or death itself, their inhabitants all scrambled to seek remorse from this terrible wrath that had been brought down on them.

Why, Goddess Tiressa, why would you allow this to happen?

In specifics, I would like the overview of a city made primarily of spires with a central tower standing higher than the others around it. Atop the tower would be a dark figure. The weather would likely be stormy, lightning somewhere in there. The dragon itself would be in the fray of the scene, likely spitting flame at a tower's side as it flew past. Atop the city's spires and towers would be soldiers in very reflective and shiny armor.

Name of Dragon: Dragon of the Stars
Appearance: A silky blackish/silver, almost glossy. Reflects light quite easily... think almost the colour of obsidian
Behaviour: Very calm, and serene, almost peaceful
Where it can be found:Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaacccccccccccccccccccceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Scene: In a distant solar system, in the distance one would see a white dwarf binary star around that perhaps two, maybe three planets present. One being notably larger than the others, containing multiple moons/satellites. ( Have Fun making up the other two. ) And have the Dragon sorta floating in the foreground almost cradled up, light gleaming against its skin/scales.

Name of Dragon: Dragon of dreams and hopes
Appearance: Long slim creature, which wings grow larger the more people dream. The wings are feather like, and larger than it's own body! But the body itself is covered in different sized crystal like scales, giving it a gliding look. Two and pale horns goes out from its temples, and a few scales sticks out from the edge of its jaw. It has beautiful kitten like paws at the end of graceful legs. Its tail is long, and at the end is a crystalic flat triangle thingy. The colour of its beautiful eyes, shift between the colours of the rainbow.
Behaviour: Loves to tease and watch a little dream grow.
Where it can be found: Hidding in the stars, in the moon, and the sun, where you can't see it. But it's there in the corner of your mind
Scene: Dragon of dreams is sliding up at th sky, seeming to be able to carry winds of dreams and hopes benieth its gigantic wings, the sunlight glimting in its scale through the clouds, the head raised in grace

 

[The Living Ghost]

Name of Dragon: Dawnbreaker (Dragon of the Rising Sun)
Appearance: Large crystalised scales running along its entire body aside from the underbelly so that when the sun rises over the land and the dragon appears, the suns rays reflect off the dark grey scales and make them shine a stunning topaz, both blinding any foes and/or predators the dragon might have, whilst keeping the legend that much more appealing. The eyes of the dragon are small and long to help the dragon not be blinded itself, with a second eyelid to block most of the sunlight whilst the dragon is still able to see. The claws of the dragon are sharp, as you'd expect, but not overly sharp, as aside from sheep that the dragon eats it does not have much need of them, whilst the horns are quite short as well, taking away an aspect of intimidation that would otherwise be there. Lastly, the wings underside and overside are as thin and wide as possible to retain flight
Behaviour: Extremely shy, as rare as the dragon is it would be near impossible to see one attacking a human, and likes to move in smooth motions across the sky, not interested about the fastest route or the fastest way to fly, but just enjoying the flying for the sake of flying
Where it can be found: Across the Eastern most ocean, on the horizon at the first sunrise of each season, to welcome in the change in weather and slightly to feed on unsuspecting birds that are flying south for the winter. Also a sign of a good harvest to farmers working on the coastline, and good luck to others
Scene: As the sunrise draws near, the people of the coast look towards the horizon of the sea in hopes of seeing the Dawnbreaker shine its scales across the land. The golden hue of dawn covers the skies as the sunrise commences, and once the sun reaches halfway to becoming fully visible, to those merely glancing they can see a beautiful beast flying vertically with the sun as a backdrop to its magnificence, heading skyward as the rays reflect off the dragon, and once the rays become less harsh and morning has begun, the creature is long gone

When I saw the title, I thought it was going to be a competition on who can draw the best dragon xD

Name of Dragon: Kranium.
Appearance: A sleek skin, pale and greyish. It is a very thin beast, a scavenger. It has got a long neck and small to average sized head. Behind the head the neck is bare, so it's able to slip through the skin of a carcass without getting stuck. Further on the neck, thin long spikes go over his spine all the way to the end of it's long tail. It walks on its back-legs and folded wings, for it has no legs in front. When trying to taunt a living soul, it stands up on the back legs and slaps its wings to create a big wave of air. Its eyes are lidless and white, for they are harmed by the fumes of the gasses that emits where he lives. He uses smell to locate his meal (scavenger).
Behaviour: It walks around the plains, scavenging for food. It feeds on the unfortunate life-forms that ventured into the plains and died because of the awful venomous gasses and acids. When it sees something alive, it stays at a distance until the target dies because of the surroundings. When truly desperate for food or pushed in a corner, only then it will attack you. It is unintelligent and quickly frightened.
Where it can be found: The gas-plains of Cranio, an island unknown to the current world. The island consists of forests, mountains, deserts, but most of all a tainted land. A land where nothing grows, owned by the awful shadow-lord. Around these tainted lands is a vast area of plains that emit yellow sulfuric acids and gasses. This is where the dragon lives...
Scene: The dragon is slowly walking up to a dead carcass, his nose is almost touching the carcass as he sniffs it. His neck is stretched out to it, as if he is slowly and warily approaching it. his back-legs and wingjoints that he uses to walk are all four on the ground, his wings are folded upwards. Smoke hides a bit of the back of its body and smoke/gas columns are also seen behind him in the landscape.

Name of Dragon: Joculator
Appearance: Colourful would be one way to put it. A dazzling array of different colours, every one of its scales are a different colour. It has many horns on the top of its head, which curl outwards from its crown. It has a mischievous grin on its face at almost all times, showing many of its razor sharp teeth, but there's a look in its emerald eyes that makes you think it wouldn't hurt a fly.
If you move your gaze down the dragons body you would notice how pathetic and small its wings are. This dragon can't fly. In fact, it still hasn't figured out why it has wings in the first place, but it knows they aren't for balance, as it is notoriously clumsy. The dragon's underbelly is noticeably pudgy and is a very light shade of green, almost white. Its tail is short and stubby, as are its legs. It stands on two hindlegs usually, but when going quickly it uses its forelegs, so the back ones are bigger than the front ones.
Behaviour: This dragon is one of the most trusting of them all. It's also (as mentioned above) very clumsy. Its friendliness and dopiness give it an impression of being quite stupid, but it is actually very smart. Often humans feed it snacks and things, because they think it's funny or cute. Oreos are its favourite.
Where it can be found: A remote island near the equator called Kersiajo.
Scene: Sitting down on the beach, its tail curled up around itself, (much like this meerkat) gazing out to sea, its mischievous grin clear on his face. You can see trees behind it, some of them fallen down from the dragons wake, but you know he did it accidentally. Probably.
