The brotherhood strives to eradicate heresy for the sake of preserving order in the world, as Ignis decreed. All brothers and sisters respect divine law; subscribing to Ignis Synnove, the god of light and order. Currently, the order is led by Hochmeister Peter Longtree. People wishing to join do not have to relinquish anything or serve full-time, the order just demands effort and loyalty.​
