During the Sermons at the Cathedral in Storm's Landing a poster is nailed to the message board in front of the abandoned tavern.

{ OOC: It is a handwritten and remarkably uncomplicated code. It has a real answer. May the games begin. }

A simple message is left next to it.
"A bounty of 50,000 radiants will be given to any who decipher this. Report to Linistel if you have."

[nice puzzle though, had fun solving it, even if there was two spelling errors using the symbols]

During the night a small rectangle of paper is nailed where the poster had once resided. In similar fate to the OP [ Rossu ]'s note is carefully unpinned and subsequently pocketed.

*After coming down stairs from a night staying at the inn, he comes across the new note* ....*copying it down in his journal he heads back inside to decipher it*...*As he has all the symbols neatly written down and fresh in his memory it doesn't take long to decipher, however he takes a few minutes more to think of a response. Returning to the board he writes this symbol1541950688598.png in response.

*comes out later to find the cypher written out again, and sighs. It seemed that someone was intent in ruining all the fun of a perfectly good puzzle. Shaking his head, he continues on for he has stuff to do for the day.*
