The winds speak in whispers as the songs of the night surge through Crone’s pass. The hollow sounds of the caverns intoxicating, while the rustles of the leaves center you in their hypnotic sound. They say that’s when the children’s laugh leads the weary men astray.

Location
-Located south-west of Natri’Evar, in a pocket of light that breetches through the underground river and allows access to the world above it. It surrounds itself in forests and waterfalls, allowing for plentiful life to thrive in this little world.​

History
Not much can be said for the village of Crone’s Pass. Initially belonging to Arcana, before an illness struck her and the responsibility was shifted unto Talara. Feeling as though she could not care for the town by her own means, she sought out the nearby Kolach of Natri’Evar, where the Tol’fen’ke Lillium. They were granted their protections while remaining under the house of Shink’maho.​

IC Laws
-The laws of House Shink’maho apply to all.
-The forests shall be respected by all, lest you call upon the wrath of nature.
-All are welcomed, as long as they do not disturb the life and cycle of the forests.
-The sisterhood in Crone’s Pass is not necessarily blood, but a family all the same. If you choose to live here, you become one and the same.

OOC Rules
-Don't be rude, any OOC harassment will not be tolerated in any way shape or form
-Please let me know if you will edit your builds [No editing exteriors, unless it's decor] as some places may interfere with basements and caves.
-Areas for DMing will be available, but please do let us know beforehand, we can't just poof an event in. Region owners or people with explicit permission will be allowed to DM and events needing such will be going through staff beforehand.
-After a month and a half of inactivity, your house may be reclaimed and any possessions you had within will be lost.
-Any crime RP within the city has to be notified to the homeowner/region owners beforehand. If such is attempted without warning, it will be automatically voided.
-Residency stems from RP. There is no application process unless one is from the region, where they must apply on the thread.

Religion​

-Worshipping Shalherana and Silas due to their Moor Elven leaderships.
-They carry their own deities in the forms of nature and spirits they believe exist within the forests. Listening to the voices of the wind and water.

Legends
[All of these are made up or derived from European folklore, none of these exist in Crone’s Pass]​

-The Will-o’-the-Wisp are believed to roam the forests, luring many with it’s curious glow and playful nature. They’re said to lead men to treasures only in the Spring and Fall, and lead to their deaths in the Summers and Winter.
-Faeries are said to bounce between the flowers, causing mischief. From tying laces wrongfully to nightmares when one sleeps. It’s advised to sprinkle sugar on the windowsills to keep them distracted.
-Pixies, often more mischievous than the fae, have a tendency to be more violent, as well. They’re said to bite, prick and prank any that come too close to their grove. Often times only leaving them with laughter to remember them by. They’re said to kidnap children that wander in the nights.
-Changelings, often called daemon by the locals, are small imp like creatures that change into the shape of a young child. Often times they show themselves to women desiring motherhood and failing to bear child. They will arrive at the woman’s doorstep, in a wicker basket to be cared for by the woman, never growing into a true child, and always remaining a babe. Often times the result of a faerie curse.
-Goblins, small impish creatures, that prey on the lives of children. They’ll kidnap and feast on any child that’s seen as rebellious enough to wander the forests alone. Often times described as having yellow eyes and sharp needle like teeth, they laugh and snicker when close. Usually confused with the last remaining Greylings.
-Banshees, spirits of a mourning woman, they’re said to protect a single lineage each. While they may be protective and shriek when the family is in danger {Only member of the family will hear her.}, they also predict when a villager will meet their demise. A shriek heard by all is their warning call for the death of an important figure within the town, and all prepare for mourning. They’re said to appear at the funerals of those they deem of importance.
