Lawlessness has ran rampant throughout the history of Scourge. Once the seat of a mighty cult of Skraag’s most Devout followers, this haven for Altera’s scum has seen the likes of the murderous “Glades” and the renowned “Harlots Veil” pass and go.
Once a city bumbling with life, the last few years have heard Scourge fall almost silent. Even the Lucans have retreated back to their towns.

The City of Scourge has alot to offer, not only in that it is one of the only free states in Altera that has no law, and no Overruling government. There are homes throughout the city for those from the lowest urchin to the highest of scum. We offer freedom, we offer a life worth living. Yes, Scourge is violent and death is a risk, but if you wish to live a life worth living, surely you are ready to protect it?

Housing in Scourge is not only affordable, but its plentiful. Houses can range anywhere from 10r to 1000r, some say these prices aren't worth the risk, but in reality these prices are saving your life. Would you rather pay thousands of Radiants on a home only to be murdered because you didn't buy a sword? Of course not! Scourge offers cheap housing in the hopes you will use your money with the right mind set. Buying defenses, food and merriment.
