The same should also apply to people of certain rank....

If a guard/Inquisitor is looking at you peculiarly then maybe it's not best to hang around.

When you want to push a change on people you have to do it slowly or people will complain. To many of these threads and your going to cause a mess of rp, because people wont be able to slowly adapt, more like being thrown in the deep end of the pool before you learn to swim, if you understand where im coming from.

Im not saying dont, i just mean i think these changes could put in in a more subtle way. If someone starts doing it, that person gets noticed, and that one person in rp questions others for not doing the same, eventually maybe people will start doing it, or at least give their reasons for not.

If this thread makes 1 person be a bit more afraid of us creatures, i have achieved my goal

This would make sense if Altera had more humans than other races... But that isn't even the case anymore.

There should be ignorance etc. but, quite franky, we have been through all that with the slayers. It originally only targeted violent monsters (when we had a huge number of vyres), all that ended with was a ton of OOC hate, people being called "racist" and most humans siding with blood sucking vampires.

The way it is now, it would make more sense if they were accepted into society.

I disagree *gets head chopped off kings guards*. You have to remember we don't have a public education system in Altera. So Just because you have seen them doesn't mean that you understand them. And people have a tendency to fear what they don't understand.

Well, what does the lore state? Anything more than 40 or 50 years in altera interacting with humans then most people will be alright with them...

If you want people to fear you, make them fear you! Don't expect them to.

I believe Draco was saying that in jest, mate.

He means that with the fact that the small amount of humans, other races are almost entirely outnumbering them - so much so that it is almost rarer (and thus more shocking) to see a human.

Just to add to this the few humans you do see are either 8 feet tall (Yes Im looking at you Frost) or are super strong or in some otherway stand out VERY clearly.
