Theater Town!

As most of you know I was planning on building a theater (if you didn't click here) in PS or another city (riddle port). Through various discussions I have had with various people, I came to the conclusion to create a new town that is dedicated to this theater concept. It will be a neutral hub where people of all races, genders, and origins can live, perform, and sleep in peace. Fighting is strictly forbidden and all who break this law will be punished harshly. So all I need now is a name...any ideas?

Could I get admin approval? And maybe because....the idea go a neutral hub that anyone can go to is what this is based around. I am unsure.
