Played some more~
Turned the neighbour into a scion vassal of a Fallen Empire, like me. Also took massive territory (including their capital) from the hivemind neighbours. I shall slowly make my way to that mess above them and dominate. Maybe turn them into a scion too.

We have taken more from the bugs!
The Mafia has a hand in every pocket.
The Galaxy is looking mighty messy with its borders, though.

oh my the Galaxy looks different all of a sudden around me

The Great Khan spawned and completely destroyed the neighbour bugs and the upstairs shitshow, instead causing themselves to have horrific borders.
I killed the Khan.
I also made one of the Khan states a scion like me, so hopefully soon the borders might clear themselves up with some good 'ol conquest.
Hopefully.

Lots of land for me to take now too~

Some cool achievements c:

Image of my misfit fleet of random assorted event ships before disaster.

Only about 10 years after the Khan was defeated by the hands of the Galactic Mafia, the Grey Tempest broke through the L-Gates and swarmed through space.
The AI, in all their dumb wisdom, declined the Galactic Focus for the Grey Tempest and-- because their fleets were puny-- began to all die.

So alone, I had to defeat the Grey Tempest.

The Clankers fleet did not survive.

The Galaxy, once again, is looking remarkably different.

Did I spend all night playing Stellaris? Absolutely.
The Galaxy is looking mighty puzzling right now. This is not a Galaxy of civilized peoples. Too many rebellions, invasions, pirates and infighting leave borders scattered and random. Good luck trying to decipher this mess.

As a Scion to a Fallen Empire, I will soon be rebelling against my overlord's for independence so that I may accend to become Galactic Emperor.

I broke free from the overlord Fallen Empire! A few years after breaking free, they turned into an Awakened Empire with far, far more ships than I could possibly take on. They only have one planet left after I blew up the others with a World Cracker. If they declare war on me again in the future, I will be able to rush in and destroy them (hopefully).

Before that, however, I have a more... Pressing danger. About 10 years after breaking free, this spawned.

Right inside my space, too :(

The Galaxy ain't looking too fresh.

Did I stay aWake all night playing Stellaris? Yes. Yes I did.

Whilst fighting the End Game Crisis, my old overlord decided he was not over lording over me. The literal worst time for this to happen.

Seeing they had far, FAR bigger fleets than me-- I rushed them. They only had two planets. I destroyed them both and removed them from the equation.

Then it was the crisis's turn.

They proclaimed me Galactic Emperor and the game came to a satisfactory ending. Well, as good an ending as Stellaris can give, anyway.
I might keep playing this specific game to defeat the OTHER Awakened Empire across the Galaxy and build some Megastructures.
The Galaxy is still looking rather broken up, though everything is now under my watchful eye.

And the ACHIEVEMENTS! Very proud!

A new update added tons of new features! Clone armies, undead space dragons, its very cool.
Sadly, it also added a bunch of major game-breaking issues. One of which I exploited to my benefit for achievements.

Behold the END of this glitchy playthrough:

I destroyed the Galaxy.
And got some damn good achievements doing it =)

Pretty much spent the last 8 hours playing Stellaris on a new achievement run =)
Trying to get that one pesky pacifist achievement which said I needed to be at peace for 200 years. So.. I did-- whilst doing a bunch of other achievements like the Federations ones, building Megastructures and evolving into androids.
Have not defeated the Crisis yet, but will. Here is the Galaxy thus far~

The L-Gates just opened before I came off. Got the (in my opinion) best event:

Achievements are getting there!

JennyBean is playing too! =)

I have returned!

My race this time is a continuation of the Children of AL-AN: The Turtani Reborn.
...Yes, I am playing robots again.

I also started in a similar place to the Children of AL-AN too. Didn't do so well to start with though, but its looking to be an interesting game.

Mutliplayer Game Part 3:

The Bank of Numa is moving westward towards the most profitable Empire and to aid the Turtani Reborn in fighting the Orcs so that they may claim a lot of systems and expand.

...I spend a lot of the game trying to make deals with the other players whilst slowly collecting more and more money.

There are small cries for help coming from the Turtani Reborn. It seems they are struggling.

20211020205525_1.jpg

So yeah, the NPC Orcs trapped me in this little space.
My economy is a house of cards.
My fleet is pitiful.

This does not bode well.

Stayed tuned for war, next time on "Stellaris with Wake, Skelepun and Friends".

The New Nethjaran Regime player and I made lore~ (and memes)

The Bank of Numa are the largest banking institution in the galaxy.

The Bank of Numa hold so much sway that they are their own government and control territory on the galactic stage.
Due to their prominence they are able to offer loans that other banks would not be able to dream of, as such Numa has the exclusive attention of the other galactic governments as well as the interest of the common people, from families to business owners.

The Bank of Numa requires a sizable number of ceramic alloys in order to produce star vessels and construct defences for the banking realm.
Using their vast vaults of wealth they purchase alloys from forging businesses locally and internationally. The reliance on alloy imports in a recognised weakness by Numa's executives, who have begun allocating resources and personnel to decrease expenditure and increase production.

The Bank of Numa, unbeknownst to the galaxy at large, are advocates for a strong central ruler within the galactic community, a ruler that they hope to sway with great sums of money. One of their goals is to manipulate this theoretical ruling body into altering the energy standard, and lifting corporate restrictions, this promises even great wealth for the Numi bankers. The executives of the banks have all four of their eyes on the Nathjaran Regime, their strong desire for domination is the perfect cauldron to brew the perfect galactic ruler, one which would dance to the whims of the bank.

The upcoming inevitable war against the Orcs is especially costly, the margins all in the negatives. However, the Numi within the Bank of Numa are passionate about the war, as they see it as a 'war on freedoms.' The single system required to meet the bridge between the Turtani Reborn and the Bank of Numi bridge both sides of the Galaxy together... as it currently is not.

At the start of the session, the empire was in shambles. We could barely support our own weight.
A single worker moving jobs caused the entire economy to collapse.

Then Jen learned how to micromanage her planets properly. Whoops.

Now the economy is booming! And soon, we claim the systems to the bottom right! ...After a war.
