Hey there! I had a bit of info I wanted to share with my fellow artists, I thought you might be interested.

I use this website called Trello, it helps me organize my art ideas. It has a lot of uses, and to top it off it's free.

Now I know this all sounds very "advertisey" but let me tell you this thing is a godsend.

It's easier to explain this way:

I use this interface to organize.
You can create these "Columns" [Like the above labeled "In Progress" and "Queue" etc.] with custom names, to add the "Cards" into [Like the labeled "Kamaoe's Request" and the cards in Ideas].

Cards are customizeable as well, you can add custom tags, images, descriptions, comments etc.
On top of that, [as well as so many other tools I couldn't possibly list them all] for those of you who do commissions, there is a To Do list like checklist you can set up for a card that as you check it off, it shows you it's progress in percentages. For Example, Kamaoe has a link to my trello board, so they're able to keep track of their commission:

You can even set due dates and reminders for cards individually to let you know when your time is nearly up to finish them.

Members of Trello can follow cards and get updates when something changes, and when it's finished you can send it to your Archives so it's out of your way, but you can still access to old card on trello.

There's tons of stuff here, but basically..

Welcome to the easiest possible way to organize your artwork and to keep people updated on your commissions progress, haha!

o/ Hope ya like it, cuz Ive been using it for like 2 years lol

---- Anyone else have any cool tools they use that they wanna share?
