A particularly pissed off looking elven woman moves through the Krakens Den, spending a few hours wandering up and down the entirety of the tavern, obviously searching for something. After moving behind the piano, there are the sounds of something being violently smashed and ripped apart beneath the floorboards.

A few more minutes pass before the woman reemerges, covered in bits of blood and bone. After ordering a drink, she departs from the tavern, moving towards the graveyard within the Landing. With her departure, the feeling of dread and the sound of heartbeats seems to dissipate from the tavern as well.

East of Blackrush and south of Thorne, a tower is being constructed atop one of the lakes in one of the many valleys that dot that landscape. Tall, white, of marble and of gold, the tower sticks out like a sore (albeit golden) thumb on the otherwise pristine landscape as construction continues in the area.

Any inquiries about its nature and purpose are directed to the inquisition, who make no secret of it being their project.

As suddenly as the crime rate had gone up, it's starting to decrease to its usual levels again.
Whether this is because of an increased effort from guards, civilian vigilantes, or something else is not clear.
At least we can take the wooden boards off the windows now.

The Shipyard in Storm's Landing has seen an uptick in activity lately, most notable is the recently returned extravagant ship with the black and blue sails. Some workers speak about it's interior being entirely overhauled.​

There’s talk of another declaration being made among the others that came. A single poster, less a poster more a scrawled note, is hung on only one noticeboard in the landing. It simply states:

“I hereby claim all the land that doesn’t already belong to someone and declare myself Haefer, Queen of all Altera.”

(I didn’t want to make a whole poster thread for Haefer taking the piss)​
