For the sake of asking, The Pseudo artifact candles that burn with green flames. Can the flames be transfered to other sources and still burn green? Or is it the candles make that produces this affect?

Question, what happens when neither of them are in a town, but are still nearby? Does the magic only work in a town?

No, only the candle flame is green. Other things will take on normal flame.

It can be yell chat range in that case.
Thank you. Final question, would it glow slightly warmer in Yell chat range, if they're in a city? Or would it feel just as warm if they were on two exact sides of the city as if they were standing next to each other?

Name: Wave Walkers
Description: A set of blue boots that reach up to the knees, white fur lined within. They are child-sized, and can be worn by children ages 8-12.
Effect: They repel all liquid, unable to be wet, and allow the wearer to walk on the surface of lakes, rivers, or the sea. Strong currents or waves however will knock them over, and they themselves are not immune to the sea and risk themselves greatly if they are pulled under. The boots will remain on the surface roughly, even if upside down.
Item Holder: Avalyn McKerras Juvix_

How well do the boots keep above water, how much does the surface of the water endure?
Say if the user was to jump onto serene waters from the height of a few feet. Would they crash through the water’s surface, the boots trying to bounce back up to the surface again right after, or would the surface act like solid ground and catch them without giving in?
What about from higher heights, where's the child is still able to catch themselves on their feet?

Hmm. I think treating it like solid ground that doesnt give is best. That way you just figure out if the height is high enough for the child to not fall over when they land. If they fall over, they go under, with their feet dangling above the water.

The calmer the waters, the easier a kid can stay on their feet. They can stand up just fine on water that is, for the most part, still. As long as a wave isnt that much over the knee of the kid, they should be able to hop over it and land on their feet.
But kids are short so... be safe : )

Ah, right. Now I see the problem here. In looking over these artifacts, I missed the fact that two cosmetic only heartstones didn't have comparable effects. It doesn't seem fair for one to have their fire turned down a notch while the other gets cool looking spells without repercussion.
Fortunately for you, the best solution is to take away that penalty on your fire spells, like Antone's. Your heartstones are purely cosmetic without consequence here. No cost for vanity.

These Heartstone are essentially synthetic gemstones with Figment magics that alter the appearance of your spells, masking them in different colors. The attunement goes as any Heartstone activation does, just in a different color. There is no boon or penalty to activating your focus with these stones, what the RP looks like when they're activated is as flavorful as those doing the RP can make it. All as long as it fits normally within the lore, things are purely colored different.

A simple bump, A reminder to update the item for the eye of the void to include this change on the thread Elz

Name: Gold Ring of Binding
Description: A simple golden band that seems to fit to any finger.
Effect: Every day the ring seems to get tighter, and cannot be removed as if some great force keeps it there. By three days it has begun to turn the hand to gold, and this is a significantly painful process that cannot be reversed. If left unchecked it will grow from hand, to arm, and so on.

Would it be possible for this to work on a dead limb/corpse of someone if they still have the needed parts (finger, hand, etc.)?

When using it, someone would attune to it. As corpses cannot attune to things and tricks to create infinite gold is not particularly in the books, all this would do is make a corpse look slightly more fabulous.
