The Guard advises that all citizens refrain from looking to the current phenomena in the sky.
There have been reports of erratic behaviour and of the moon-gazers losing hours at a time, staring at the sky above.
It is also to be known that all rites of blood magic and the creation of blood circles for any purposes are hereby outlawed by the authority of the Storm's Guard.
Anyone found to be creating such occult rites and symbols will be punished severely, at the purview of the arresting officer.
