"I, Jerr'co of Hakiaz, have seen the actions that took place in the slums of Storms Landing. This was an act done by the one known as Whitespoor and at least three others. Capture was attempted but unsuccessful. I did cripple one of the women with Whitespoor but they escaped through the flames. To all those who despise these actions, keep an eye open for a woman with a critical arrow wound to the back. If any information about the culprits location is available please deliver such to myself or Uriel the captain of the guard."
