A poster would be written somewhat messily as it was clearly written quickly a number of times. Posted in all locations the bounty can be found.

Any who honor the bounty set upon Cedlas are blatantly spitting in the face of the Sisterhood and the great Shalherana herself.
It is absolutely disgusting that any would dare stand in the way of the natural order to slay a man time and time again based on their own mortal desires and grudges.
As a man who has been blessed with a second chance I beg you all to see reason and not defy the chance the Sisterhood are giving this man should he return.
No amount of money is worth destroying a soul. Be better people and give some the chance to rehabilitate and restore the broken.
Be a positive change rather than a bloodthirsty mob who wish to abuse those who desire coin over a life.
Shame on all ye who defile the Sisterhood and their ways.
