Council votes

As previously stated, voting for the Storm's Landing Council will begin today. I will be posting basic duties here with a formal IC, general knowledge posting later this week.
I will be building a meeting place for the council to gather later this week and weekend.

Upon election:

• Each member of the council has one vote
• Each member of the council is equal to the others
• It will take a majority of five votes to pass things
• You can't get rid of the rent system
• All OOC rules will remain in place
• Any member of the council can bring forth problems that are going on IC
• Any member can bring forth solutions for these problems or see them put to a city-wide vote
