Yes6. How do you feel about the 'roleplay' aspect of our server? Do you have any experience roleplaying?
I'm excited about the roleplay aspect of the server, being a keen fan of all the books and games listed in your server description (Especially 'A Song of Ice and Fire'), and a fan of the medieval setting in general.
I've got plenty of roleplay experience in both single and multiplayer games. I'm a huge fan of the Elder Scrolls games and most of the Bioware titles (Mass Effect, Dragon Age etc.). In terms of multiplayer roleplaying, I used to run a roleplaying guild on World of Warcraft quite a few years ago and was an active member of the roleplaying community there. I've been searching for a game to continue my roleplay and have struggled until finding Minecraft.
7. Please introduce yourself to the community; explaining who you are, your interests / hobbies and why you are here in 8 sentences or more.
I'm an English student, currently studying at the University of Liverpool, UK.
Lots of my time is currently spent on my uni work, as well as writing. The remainder of my time is spent either gaming or playing the drums in my band.
Martial arts are also of interest to me and although i'm currently a bit short on cash, so can't afford to attend, I do intend to get back into them at some point.
Sport and fitness is pretty important to me too, it keeps my energy levels up. Plus, nothing can beat that warm but exhausted feeling you get after a good workout
So as you can see, I've got a very varied lifestyle, so why am I here when I've got all these things to be doing?
Well, roleplaying is my form of escapism. Reading is great, but my passion for reading has diminished somewhat since being forced to read constantly for university. Besides, I can play whichever character I decide to play and create my own stories within a game world - this server would be pefect for that - it sounds great.
I think that was eight sentences, but I rambled on a bit anyway so sorry for that.

I'm new to Minecraft, having only played for a few hours so far (looking to play much more). As such, I don't have any examples of my work.
9. Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
I'm hoping to be accepted here because it seems (from the outside) to be a mature server with roleplay at its heart. Nothing annoys me more than people purposely breaking immersion within 'roleplaying games'. Admittedly, I won't be the MOST active player on the server, with my Uni work taking priority, but it would be nice to have a community that will welcome me whenever I'm free to play.

10. Are you aware that the use of black magic (xraying, xray texture packs or mods for locating ores) is not allowed on our server, and a banishable offense?
I'm aware that these illegal mods aren't allowed. I wouldn't use them anyway even if they were. Whats the fun in that?
11. How did you find out about our server?
I was generally searching for minecraft servers, had no idea there was a roleplaying community which was a nice surprise.12. Have you voted for us?
Not just yet, to be honest. Will be heading to after this probably.
