and operated out of the Courtnay Family's lands in Wellenbrecher. It
boasts a fleet of three seaworthy ships and a great many carts that are
in near constant transit as they shift goods all over the continent and
turn a profit at every stop.

There has come a time wherein Mathieu has decided to expand the scope
and the bottom line of the East Kaltic Trading Company. This initiative
has been undertaken with the simple creation of investments stocks which
are available for public purchase. Buying a share of the Company will entiled
its bearer to a percentage of the gross company profits based upon the total
shares owned.
Company profit will be recorded monthly and profits will be dealt out on the
Sunderday. See [+] for details. The EKTC is legally required to pay out their
dividends and failure to do so can be grounds for legal action in the Court of
Kaltstaat.
Shareholders are welcomed to take an interest in the business, but the day-to-
day autonomy will maintain for as long as Mathieu de Courtnay is the majority
holder of his shares.

This contract shall herein stipulate the nature of partnership between the commercial
entities; East Kaltic Trading Company (hereinafter referred to as the E.K.T.C) and
the Kegheart Trading Company (herein referred to as the K.T.C).
It shall be thus, that the K.T.C operates as a subsidiary company of the E.K.T.C and is
therefore able to legally utilise the benefits of the parent company's licenses, finances
and facilities as specified further within this document.
Day-to-day management of the K.T.C will not be affected, beyond the below articles,
and they will act with absolute autonomy in all matters.

LICENSING
The K.T.C is entitled to utilise the following Licenses of the E.K.T.C so long as they are
not utilised in a manner that breaks the law of the license's providers;

The following licenses are such that the K.T.C may not utilise,
unless with prior written agreement with the E.K.T.C;
-Kaltstaat Opium License
-Kaltstaat Privateering License

FINANCES
The K.T.C is not entitled to financial aid from the E.K.T.C but shall be given favourable
consideration, should they come forth to the E.K.T.C for a loan.

The K.T.C is required to provide the E.K.T.C with 45% of its yearly profits; in the form
of radiants or any predetermined trading commodity.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The K.T.C is entitled to utilise the following facilities owned by the E.K.T.C so long as they
are not utilised in a manner that breaks the law of the facility's providers;
- Queensport Warehouse
- Eberbau Brewery
- Ackerland Brewery

The K.T.C is entitled to a set amount* of cargo space aboard the trade vessels owned by E.K.
T.C so long as the goods that are to be transported are not considered to be illegal in either
the territory of importation or the territory of exportation.

The K.T.C is required to first utilise the space aboard the trade vessels of the E.K.T.C in full
before dispatching any cargo aboard vessels owned by another company or by the K.T.C.

CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
This Criminal Activity Clause stipulates the consequences should the K.T.C take any action
of their own accord that violates the laws of any nation or state within the Eastern Kingdoms.

Should the K.T.C violate the law:
-The K.T.C have violated the terms of this contract and are subject
to the consequences of a Breach of Contract.
-The K.T.C must pay a fine of 10,000r in restitution for the damages
to the E.K.T.C name and brand.
-The E.K.T.C is not required to protect the K.T.C, their goods or their
properties from whatever state, individual or entity who has had its law
violated by the K.T.C nor shall the E.K.T.C be expected to obstruct any
action taken by said state, individual or entity made in retaliation.

B.O.C CLAUSE
This Breach of Contract Clause stipulates the consequences should either company see fit
to violate any terms as they are set out above.

Should the E.K.T.C violate the terms of this contract:
-The K.T.C shall be relieved of all of its obligations toward the E.K.T.C.
-The E.K.T.C shall pay for independent licenses for the K.T.C within the
Kaltstaat. (Valued at 10,000r)
-The E.K.T.C shall pay a fine to the K.T.C of a further 15,000 radiants.

Should the K.T.C violate the terms of this contract:
-The E.K.T.C shall be relieved of all of its obligations toward the K.T.C.
-The K.T.C will reimburse the E.K.T.C for the past expenses of using its
properties and licenses with the valuation being set by the Head of the E.
K.T.C.
-The K.T.C shall will forfeit any licenses held to the E.K.T.C.
