FLEET ARTICLES OF THE E.K.T.C:
I.
Every member of the Crew shall obey a civil and reasonable command from an
officer. Any disagreement with orders from an officer may be discussed in private
with the Captain. In times of Combat, all commands must be obeyed in full and with
out question to ensure the safety of the ship.

II.
Should any member of the Crew seek to abandon the ship and/or make away with
any of its possessions, secrets or Crewmen, without leave of the Officers and Captain,
they will be placed into the brig and await a tribunal of all members of the ship's staff.

III.
Violence among the Crew will not be tolerated unless explicitly permitted by the Captain.
Crewmembers found to act violently toward one another will be placed in the brig and await
a tribunal of all members of the ship's staff.

IV.
Every member of the Crew shall have the right to vote during matters that require their input,
shall have the right to equal portions of fresh provisions and shall have the right to rest upon
completion of, at the very least, a period of twelve hours of hard sailing- exceptions shall only
be made upon majority agreement of all ship's officers.

V.
Every member of the Crew will recieve an equal and fair share of any treasure or loot found on
its expeditions, with the E.K.T.C taking its own separate share for the provision of the vessel. In

matters of subduing and taking possession of enemy vessels, the EKTC reserves the right, in place
of its share, to commandeer the vessel by virtue of their license.

VI.
Any guests aboard the ship will be subject to the ship's articles and be treated as members of the
crew regardless of their station on land. However, guests aboard the ship will not be free to vote
on ship matters or tribunals or be eligible for a share of any treasure or loot unless in a previously
agreed upon contract.

VII.
All members of the Crew will be expected to keep their armaments and armour clean and fit
for service. They shall also be expected to dress in suitable attire for the plotted course of the
ship, failure to do so and to thus receive sickness or injury will not be the fault of the ship.

VIII.
Should any member of the Crew be injured while in service of the ship, through no fault of their
own, they shall be granted up-to one-thousand and five-hundred radiants based on the severity of
their injury and or sickness. Should any member of the Crew die while in the service of the ship,
through no fault of their own, their next of kin shall be granted up to two-thousand and five-hundred
radiants for their loss.

IX.
Should any member of the Crew cause harm to the vessel through incompetence; they shall be
expected to forfeit their shares and/or pay for the repair of the broken items. Should any member
of the Crew cause harm to the vessel through malice; they shall be expected to forfeit their shares
and/or pay and will be promptly placed into the brig to await a tribunal of the ship's staff.

X.
The ship's officers shall be the Captain, Quartermaster, First-mate and Surgeon. All officers are
given one vote in the matters of the ship, unless multiple roles are held by one person- in which
only one vote is given. In matters of votes reaching a tie, the Captain is given the tiebreaking vote.

CANNON MECHANICS:
1: An explosion centered around the device proportional to the amount of powder used and also
subject to the effects of rolling 2-4. Specifically, this means the powder ignites before launch.
2-4: Device breaks in a way that requires extensive, long-term repairs or reconstruction (unusable
for the rest of the OOC day).
5-10: A dud-shot, requires re-ignition (DM's discretion on negative effects if applicable).
11-20: Device works as intended.
