This is a collection of notices pinned to the noticeboard in Sanardu.
(nwalme wrote the descriptions, don't be offended)

Multiple crimes.​

Bounty: 500 Radiants.
Charge: Eviction from Sanardu, mutilation.
Requirement: If found within the jurisdiction of Sanardu, he is to be detained and brought to the Autarch. Payment upon arrival. May require the assistance of his detainers to remove from Sanardu before payment.
Description: Three quarters of a man, missing the pinky and ring finger of his right hand, his left to the forearm, and his humility. Black shock of hair, stupidity in his eyes.
If found in other lands, do not detain.

ILLTHILIOR
Multiple crimes.

Bounty: 3,000 Radiants.
Charge: Mutilation, gelding, eviction from Sanardu.
Requirement: If found within the boundaries of Sanardu, he is to be detained, restrained, and thoroughly disarmed, before being brought before the Autarch. Payment upon arrival. May require his detainers to remove him from Sanardu after justice is dealt.
Description: Holds frequent armorous correspondence with young livestock. Blonde hair, green eyes, black heart. Illthilior often dresses in green and shits from the mouth. He has the jaw of a woman. One of his ears has been partially ripped off. He has the mark of cowardice across his face.
If found in foreign lands, detain as normal. He deserves no parley, nor pity.

Description: Illthilior in lesser form.

Charge: The assault and torture of a "Miss Isabell."
Requirement: Venture to the Rogue's Hearth for payment. Kill or capture, and bring what evidence you have of either with you.
Description: A description is unavailable.
If found in foreign lands, detain as normal. He deserves no parley.

Completely unrelatedly, bribery of a public official is not illegal in Sanardu.

If anyone else wants to come pay Nwalme ic to advertise bounties, pls do.

half of the larger reward's payment (e.g., if it's 10k alive vs 7.5k dead, the advertisement and "they're criminals here now too" costs 5k)
