Flymod, PvP, exp on death and cooldowns.

Flymod
We have installed a new anti-flymod plugin and we are now able to control flymod speeds. You can no longer fly faster than movement speed. It shouldn't affect anyone since flymod is supposed to be used while building only. Flymod can now also only be used in the normal world, no longer in the Southern Wilds and Frontier.

PvP
The PvP toggle has been removed. PvP is on in the normal world, but you are not allowed to murder someone. PvP has to be done with both parties agreeing to it.

Exp on death
As a trade-off players now keep their exp and items upon death from all causes, except for weapons and tools.

Cooldowns
Using /spawn and /home will now take 30 seconds to warm up, and taking damage will stop the countdown.

Make sure you state ON the server that you allow PVP if you do.
Agreeing on Teamspeak or skype or whatever you use isn't good enough.

Indeed, very important! Agree on PvP IN CHAT so there can be no misunderstanding.

And what do you mean by "Seems a little too long for a faction server like mine"? You have your own server or are you talking about this one? Cos this is a RP server not a faction one :Þ
