Who made this actually abysmally useless weapon? Not only is firing 3 bolts greatly reduce the power/torque needed to even hurt someone, but if this is a hand crossbow, it might as well only be used for exucutions and if it as normal crossbow, you might as well just get a normal one

Grant, it doest work very well, but its more of an arbalest, and it is rarely used, it mostly for intimidation

An arbalest works on the exact same basic design as a crossbow and either way it still would be ridiculous trying to fire more than one bolt.
